Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley, this Corvallis Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) showcases how modern design can integrate seamlessly into established neighborhoods. The project was conceived to provide flexible living space—ideal for extended family, rental potential, or student housing in this vibrant college town.
The design prioritizes volume and light to make the compact footprint feel expansive. By utilizing high ceilings and strategic window placement, the interior connects visually with the outdoors while maintaining privacy from the main house. The exterior material palette was chosen to complement the existing structures while establishing a distinct, contemporary identity.
This project highlights our ability to navigate local zoning ordinances in Corvallis to deliver a high-quality, functional dwelling that adds significant long-term value to the property.
